Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Registration is mandatory for all delegates including those presenting posters / papers. (Registration should be done separately)
- The work/Research/Abstract should be related to oncology and relevant to India.
- Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research (Original work, Case report, hypothesis, good quality review, preliminary data, and thesis work) will be acceptable for submission and presentation.
- The abstract must be submitted via email on conference email id fortiscancersummit@gmail.com
- One Delegate may submit a maximum of three abstracts.
- Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.
- An abstract may not contain illustrations or images. One table may be included if it is crucial for assessing the quality of abstract.
- The Scientific Committee will select best Poster from each applicable category for Oral Presentation and the corresponding author will be informed.
- The Presenting author’s name must be highlighted in bold and underlined
- Authors will be notified by email regarding the acceptance of their abstract and other details.
- Accepted presenters must adhere to all deadlines and guidelines, and promptly respond to communications.
- Attractive awards will be given to winners.
- Winners from each poster category will have the opportunity to present their work in the main session.
- The last date of abstract submission is 28th Feb. 2026
- Abstracts must be typed and submitted in English.
- Use Calibri Font, with 11 or 12 Font Size.
- The abstract should not exceed 500 words.

Abstract Presentation Guidelines
Poster Abstract Guidelines:
- Dimensions: Posters must be in Landscape (horizontal) format, not exceeding 60 inches wide by 40 inches high. Under any circumstances do not exceed the size of the poster.
- Title: Include the poster title at the top.
- Presentation: Presenters must remain in front of their poster during the poster presentation time.
- Contact Information: Clearly print one email address on your poster for attendee queries. If you do not wish to print your own email address, please list another email address.
- Setup: Posters may be hung two hours prior to the session.
- Materials: Push Pins will be provided onsite. Do not use glue, tape, paint, or staples.
- Handouts may be distributed, if desired.
- Posters must be removed at the end of the session. Posters not collected will be automatically removed and discarded.
Oral Abstract Presentations Guidelines:
- All Oral Abstract Presenters should prepare a PowerPoint slide deck to deliver their presentation.
- Presentation Time: 8 minutes total- 5- 6 minutes for the presentation and 2-3 minutes for questions.
- Multiple Presenters: One presenter may be designated; multiple presenters are not allowed.
- Disclosure Slide: A disclosure slide must be included in the presentation.
- Presentation Delivery: A clicker will be provided to advance the slides.
- Speaker Notes: Please print any notes you require, as “Presenter view” with notes will not be available.
